Fun was had by all at Springfield's Discovery Day on Sept. 3. Gordy Pratt, "the Original Fabulous One-Guy", performed his one-man comedy show at the Springfield Marina, next to Lewis and Clark Lake of the Missouri River.
Springfield Fitness hosted a fundraiser meal prior to Pratt's performance, while talented Accordionist Fred Koupal played some big band and country classic tunes under the picnic shelter. Springfield remembers the history of the Lewis and Clark Expedition's travels through the area on September 3 with a special event. Join us in 2004 by the riverside, the backdrop for one of America's epic adventures - the Lewis and Clark Expedition. |
